Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This policy applies to consumer health data that Rayem NA LLC ("SARARI", "we", "us" or "our") collects through the US English version of our website (pages under /en/), when you buy from us or when you contact us. It is published separately from our Privacy Policy, as Washington's My Health My Data Act requires, and it adds to that Policy.

Consumer health data

Some state laws, such as Washington's My Health My Data Act and similar laws in Nevada and Connecticut, protect "consumer health data" in a broad sense. We are an apparel company and we do not ask for health information. But because our absorbent underwear is designed for light leaks, the fact that you bought it, combined with your name or address, could be seen as health-related under those laws. We handle that information with extra care, as follows:

  • What: your order details (the products you bought) linked to your identity and contact details, and any information about your health that you choose to include in a message to us.
  • Why: only to provide the products you asked for: to process, deliver and support your order, handle returns and refunds, keep the records the law requires and protect against fraud.
  • Sources: you, when you order or contact us, and our payment processor, partner warehouse and shipping carriers, about your order.
  • Shared with: only the service providers needed for those purposes (website host, payment processor, email provider, partner warehouse and shipping carriers), under contract. We do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with any other third party or affiliate without your consent.
  • Your rights: you can ask us to confirm whether we hold it, to give you access to it, including a list of the third parties and affiliates with which we have shared it, to delete it, including from our service providers' systems, and to withdraw any consent you gave. Email mrayemamby@yahoo.com with the subject line "Health data request". We verify and answer these requests as described in the US state privacy rights section of our Privacy Policy. You can appeal any refusal as described there, and contact your state Attorney General if your appeal is denied.

We will not collect or use this information for any other purpose without first asking for your consent.
