Privacy Policy

Last updated October 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Rayem NA LLC ("SARARI", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit the US English version of our website (pages under /en/), buy from us or contact us. It also explains your choices and your rights, including your rights under US state privacy laws. It serves as our notice at collection under California law.

If you shop on our Japanese website, our Japanese プライバシーポリシー applies.

Summary

  • We collect only what we need to sell and deliver your order and to help you: your name, contact details, shipping address and order details.
  • Card details are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
  • We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
  • We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. See our Cookie Policy.
  • You can ask to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing mrayemamby@yahoo.com.

Who is responsible for your information

Rayem NA LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Email: mrayemamby@yahoo.com.

Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact and identity details: your name, email address, shipping address, billing address, and a phone number if you choose to give one for delivery.
  • Order details: the products you buy, quantities, prices, taxes, shipping fees, and order and delivery dates.
  • Payment information: collected and processed directly by our payment processor. We receive only limited details, such as the type of payment method, the last four digits and expiration date of the card, the billing address and whether the payment went through.
  • Messages: what you write to us by email, including return requests and any photos you send.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the website, our hosting provider's servers automatically receive technical information: your IP address, browser type and version, device type and operating system, the pages you request, the referring page, and the date and time. A general location, such as your country, state or city, can be inferred from your IP address. We do not collect precise geolocation.

Information stored in your browser

Your cart, and whether you closed the language banner, are saved in your browser's local storage. They stay on your device and are not sent to us, except that your cart contents are used to prepare your order when you go to checkout. See our Cookie Policy.

Information from other sources

  • Our payment processor: confirmation that your payment went through, refund status and fraud screening results.
  • Our partner warehouse and shipping carriers: shipping and delivery status, and address corrections.

Information we do not ask for

We do not ask for health information, Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, biometric data or your date of birth, and we do not need any of them to sell you our products. Please do not send us health details when you contact us. See also our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

How we use your information

  • To process, pack, ship and deliver your order, including customs clearance for imported products.
  • To take payment, issue refunds, and detect and stop fraud.
  • To send you emails about your order: confirmation, shipping and tracking, delay notices, returns and refunds.
  • To answer your questions and handle returns, cancellations and privacy requests.
  • To run, secure, fix and improve the website.
  • To keep business, tax and accounting records and to comply with the law.
  • To protect our rights and enforce our Terms of Sale.

We do not send marketing emails unless you sign up for them, and every marketing email will include an unsubscribe link. We do not use your information for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you, and we do not build profiles about you.

How we share your information

We share personal information only with the following recipients, and only as needed for the purposes above:

  • Service providers that work on our behalf under contracts that restrict their use of your information: our website host (Vercel Inc.), our payment processor, our email provider, our partner warehouse, shipping carriers and customs brokers, and our accountants, lawyers and other professional advisers.
  • Customs and tax authorities, when needed to import and deliver your order or to meet our tax obligations.
  • Law enforcement, courts and regulators, when the law requires it or when needed to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers, our business or others.
  • A buyer or successor of our business, if we are involved in a merger, sale or reorganization. Your information would remain protected by this Policy.
  • Anyone else with your consent or at your direction.

When your browser loads a page, it also downloads fonts from Google Fonts, which gives Google your IP address and basic browser information. See our Cookie Policy.

No sale, no targeted advertising

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising (targeted advertising). We have not done so in the past 12 months. We do not sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. If this ever changes, we will update this Policy before it happens and give you a clear way to opt out.

Global Privacy Control

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser sends it, we take it as a valid request to opt out of the sale of your personal information, its sharing for targeted advertising, and profiling, for that browser and for any information we can link to it. Since we do none of these today, nothing else changes for you, but the signal will be respected if our practices ever change. Because we do not track you across websites, our website works the same whether or not your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal.

How long we keep information

  • Order, payment and tax records: as long as the law requires for tax and accounting purposes, generally up to 7 years after the order.
  • Emails and support requests: up to 3 years after our last exchange, or longer if needed to handle a dispute or a legal claim.
  • Records of privacy requests: at least 24 months, as California law requires.
  • Server logs: for a short period set by our hosting provider, for security and troubleshooting.
  • Browser storage: on your device until you clear it.

When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.

How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards suited to the information we hold. The website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, payments are handled by a payment processor that complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), and access to customer information is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

Children and age requirement

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please email us and we will delete it.

Your choices

  • You can clear your cart and the language banner setting at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
  • You can unsubscribe from any marketing email with the link it contains. Emails about an order you placed are part of that order and are sent regardless.
  • You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, as described below.

Your US state privacy rights

Residents of California and of states with comprehensive privacy laws, including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Iowa, Delaware, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Tennessee, Minnesota, Maryland, Indiana, Kentucky and Rhode Island, have rights over their personal information. Some of these laws apply only to businesses above certain size thresholds. To keep things simple and fair, we honor the requests below from every US resident, subject to the exceptions the law allows.

Your rights

  • Right to know and access: to confirm whether we process your personal information, and to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold about you, where it came from, why we use it, and the categories of third parties we disclose it to. Where your state's law provides for it, you can also ask for a list of the specific third parties to which we have disclosed it.
  • Right to a copy: to receive your personal information in a portable and readily usable format.
  • Right to delete: to ask us to delete the personal information we collected from or about you. We may keep information that the law requires us to keep, such as tax records, or that we need to complete your order, handle a return or protect against fraud. If so, we will tell you.
  • Right to correct: to ask us to correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to opt out: of the sale of your personal information, its sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, and profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. We do none of these today. You can still send us an opt-out request, and we honor Global Privacy Control.
  • Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information: we use sensitive personal information, if any, only for purposes the law permits without offering this right, such as providing the products you ordered. You can still contact us with any concern about how we use it.
  • Right to non-discrimination: we will not deny you products, charge you a different price or give you a different level of service because you used any of these rights.

How to make a request

Email mrayemamby@yahoo.com with the subject line "Privacy request". Tell us which right you want to use and your state of residence, and include the email address you used with us and, if you have one, an order number. We do not charge for requests, unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive and the law allows a fee.

Verification

To protect your information, we verify each request before acting on it, usually by matching the details you give us with our records and confirming by email. For requests for specific pieces of information or for deletion, we may ask for an additional detail from a past order. We use the information you give us for verification only to handle your request. You do not need to create an account. Opt-out requests do not need to be verified.

Authorized agents

You can use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. The agent must give us your signed written permission or a valid power of attorney. Unless the agent has a power of attorney, we may also ask you to verify your identity directly with us and confirm that you gave the agent permission.

Response times

We confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If we need more time, we may extend this by up to 45 more days, and we will tell you why within the first 45 days. We act on opt-out requests as soon as possible and within 15 business days at the latest.

Appeals

If we decline your request, in whole or in part, we will explain why. You can appeal our decision by replying to our answer or by emailing mrayemamby@yahoo.com with the subject line "Privacy appeal". We will respond in writing within 45 days, explaining what we decided and why. If we deny your appeal, you can contact the Attorney General of your state, and we will tell you how.
