Buying underwear online should feel low-risk. Here is how returns, refunds and cancellations work, in plain terms.

  • Unopened, unworn pairs can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Damaged, defective or wrong items: we always make it right, at our cost.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method 5 to 10 business days after we receive your return.
  • You can cancel any order, free of charge, until it ships.

Returning pairs you no longer want

You can return any pair within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is:

  • unopened, in its original packaging; and
  • unworn and unwashed.

Underwear is worn next to the skin, so for hygiene reasons we cannot accept pairs that have been opened, tried on, worn or washed. This applies to every model, including the silk boxer. It does not apply to damaged, defective or wrong items, which are covered below whatever their condition.

Every model comes in one size. Before opening a pack, please check the fit range and fiber content on the product page.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at mrayemamby@yahoo.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, the pairs you want to return and the reason.
  2. We reply within 2 business days with a return authorization and the return address. Please do not send anything to our company mailing address.
  3. Pack the pairs securely and send them within 14 days of receiving our authorization. We recommend a tracked shipping service.
  4. Reply to our email with your tracking number.

Returns sent without a return authorization, or to the wrong address, may never reach us. Please always email us first.

Return shipping costs

  • Change of mind: return shipping is at your cost. The shipping fee paid on the original order is not refunded.
  • Damaged, defective or wrong items: everything is at our cost, including return shipping and the original shipping fee.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If a pair arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect (for example, a seam or the waistband coming apart in normal use), or is not the model you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a short description and photos of the item and its sewn-in label.

We will send you a replacement or give you a full refund, as you prefer. Replacements depend on availability. If we need the item back, we will send you a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping. The unopened-pack condition does not apply in these cases.

This is our limited warranty, set out in Section 11 of our Terms of Sale. It gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Refunds

  • We check every return when it arrives and email you to confirm.
  • Refunds go to your original payment method 5 to 10 business days after we receive your return. Your bank or card issuer may need a few more days to show it on your statement.
  • For each returned pair, you get back the price you paid for it. The shipping fee is refunded as described in Return shipping costs above.
  • Any sales tax you paid on the returned pairs is refunded with them.
  • If a return does not meet the conditions above, we will email you to explain why and arrange to send it back to you.

Exchanges

Every model comes in one color and one size, so we do not run exchanges. To get a different model, return the unopened pair under this policy and place a new order.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order at any time until it ships. Email us at mrayemamby@yahoo.com with your order number and "Cancel" in the subject line as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped, we cancel it and refund the full amount within 7 business days.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you can return unopened pairs as described above.

Your rights

This policy is part of our Terms of Sale. It adds to the rights you have under applicable law and does not limit them.
